Green Thumb Organic Farm sells from its farm stand at 829 Montauk Highway in Water Mill. The site lists the stand as open every day from 9 am to 5 pm from April 27 through December 8.
After the stand closes for the year, the site lists a winter CSA on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. The farm also sells a 2026 summer and fall CSA with pickup at the Water Mill farm stand, for $585, and a Cobble Hill, Brooklyn delivery-only CSA, for $673.
The farm says it aims to grow "the highest quality, nutritionally dense foods" for its customers. The next hamlet east is Bridgehampton.
