Eat Hamptons has no accounts and no sign-ups. This page lists the little data the site does handle.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It records page views and outbound link clicks, such as a click to a restaurant's website or to Hamptons Key. We send the page path without the query string. Visits from our own browsers, automated tools and test hosts are excluded. You can block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's tracking settings and the site works the same.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent to serve pages and protect the site, and provides aggregate traffic statistics to us.
Advertising
Some pages show a placement labeled "Sponsored" from the Liberty Design Studio advertising network. The page asks the network which campaign to show and reports that it was shown. We do not use advertising cookies, and sponsored placements never change what a listing says.
Advertiser inquiry form
The form on Advertise sends your name, email, company, message and the page you were on to Liberty Design Studio, which handles the inquiry. It uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check to stop spam. We use the details only to reply to you.

Links to other sites
Listings link to restaurants' own websites and reservation pages, and some pages link to Hamptons Key and our sister guides. Those sites have their own policies.
