Sen has served Sag Harbor since 1994, according to its own site, and posts dinner every evening from 4:00 pm, until 9:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.
Lunch is served Friday through Tuesday from 12:00 pm to 2:45 pm. A happy hour and bento box tasting menu runs Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The site shows sushi and sashimi platters, steak kushiyaki skewers, ramen and steamed pork buns in its photo gallery. It offers takeout ordering through Toast and a catering service, and it does not link a reservation system.
