Almond opened in 2001 and its site says it is still run by co-founders chef Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides "25 years later". The kitchen describes itself as seasonal, local and artisanal: it says it hangs its own charcuterie, grinds its own sausage, ferments its own kimchi, brews its own miso, dry-ages its own steaks and smokes its own fish and bacon.
The weekly schedule on its hours page is Tuesday and Wednesday 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Thursday 5:00 to 9:30 pm, Friday 5:00 to 10:30 pm and Saturday 5:00 to 10:00 pm. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Almond is at One Ocean Road in Bridgehampton, and bookings go through an OpenTable widget on its site.
The site also lists a Palm Beach restaurant, an L&W Market and a restaurant called KimchiJews under the same ownership.
