What to know before you go
Stone Creek Inn celebrates 30 years in 2026 and says it opened in 1996 in a restored historic building. Its chef is Christian Mir, a native of Southwest France, and the site calls the cooking French-influenced American, pairing classic French technique with seasonal, local ingredients. It is at 405 Montauk Highway in East Quogue.
The FAQ answers the winter question directly: "Are you open year round? Yes." The fall 2026 schedule is dinner Thursday through Sunday from 5 pm, with a $45 two-course prix fixe on Thursday and Sunday evenings. The hours page also lists holiday hours; the table is on what year-round looks like.
Reservations are required and are taken up to four weeks ahead on Resy or by phone. A credit card is required, and you have until 24 hours before the booking to cancel or the restaurant charges $25 per person. Walk-ins are seated when space allows, and bar seating is first come, first served.

Dining is indoors only; the FAQ says there is no outdoor seating. The dress code is business casual. A children's meal is $26 (chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, fruit). Corkage is $65 per 750 ml bottle, up to two bottles per reservation. Valet parking is complimentary. Only trained service dogs are allowed.
