Stone Creek Inn on Montauk Highway serves dinner Thursday to Sunday from 5 pm this fall, requires reservations and posts a holiday schedule. Dockers posts Thursday to Sunday service and a $49 four-course menu; its address is in East Quogue even though its own directions start at the Quogue Bridge. Tony's Asian Fusion has a hibachi room and live music on Thursdays.
