Four listings say on their own sites that they are closed, and two more close within weeks. Here is what each notice says, and which notices are out of date.
Last checked October 28, 2026 against each restaurant's own site. Next scheduled checks: May and October.
Closing notices are the least reliable text on a restaurant website. Some are posted the week a place shuts, and some stay up for a year. The table quotes each notice and says whether we trust it. Restaurants that have not posted a notice are on the winter list.

The Crow's Nest in Montauk shows another pattern: its home page lists individual dinner dates (September 24 and 25) instead of a season. Where a restaurant publishes dates rather than a schedule, we do not list it as open. Planning a trip around a closed place? Common questions
Which Hamptons restaurants have closed for the season?
Duryea's in Montauk lists a season closing of 9/19, and Tutto il Giorno's Southampton restaurant is marked closed for the season. Carissa's Newtown Lane shop in East Hampton is closed until May.
When do Hamptons seasonal restaurants reopen?
Few say. Carissa's names May, and Hank's Pumpkintown posts a season that ends November 1. Most operators have not announced next season's dates, and we re-check every May and October.
