How to book Hamptons restaurants
Most dinner tables here go through Resy or OpenTable, but several restaurants post stricter rules: a card on file, a party-size cap or no reservations at all. These are the ones that say so.

Common questions
How far ahead can I book Stone Creek Inn?
Its site says it is accepting reservations up to four weeks in advance. A credit card is required, and cancelling less than 24 hours ahead costs $25 per person.
Which Hamptons restaurants do not take reservations?
Bostwick's Chowder House in East Hampton and the Canal Cafe in Hampton Bays both say on their sites that they take no reservations. Inlet Seafood in Montauk does the same, with a price-fixe reservation option for parties of eight or more.
