Maison Close opened its Southampton restaurant in June 2026, inside the Capri Southampton at 281 County Road 39A. It is the Hamptons sibling of the SoHo original, with a dinner menu and a brunch menu.

Hours are built around late nights: Wednesday from 6 pm to midnight, Thursday and Friday from 6 pm to 2 am, Saturday brunch from noon to 6 pm and then 7:30 pm to 2 am, and Sunday noon to 6 pm and 7:30 pm to 11 pm. For information or reservations, email southampton@maisoncloserestaurant.com.
