Simon Jorna, who started it, worked at the Montauk Bake Shoppe more than 30 years ago and, when that business was sold, wanted the new owners to keep it a bakery and restaurant. The site posts a kosher certificate, takes online orders and party bookings, and recommends reserving a table.
