Brent's daily menu is, by its own account, well known throughout the Hamptons: freshly cut and prepared sandwiches and homemade salads. It sits at 8 Montauk Highway where Amagansett meets the highway, and it opens at 5 am, which makes it the place to pick up lunch before a day on the beach.
Hours run 5 am to 9 pm Monday to Saturday and 6 am to 8 pm on Sunday. Brent's also caters, from picnics and casual get-togethers to large office parties and formal affairs, mostly off-premises.
