il Buco al Mare

231 Main Street · Sunday to Thursday, 12 pm to 9 pm · 631-557-3100

Focaccia, tinned fish from Spain and Italy, and local seafood from a wood-burning oven, in a relaxed Main Street room open seven days.

il Buco al Mare is the Hamptons restaurant from the family behind New York's il Buco. The menu is deliberately simple: ancient-grain focaccias, imported tinned fish from the Iberian Peninsula and Italy, and local seafood and produce cooked in a wood-burning oven. It takes its cue from the group's sister restaurant in Ibiza.

It serves from noon to 9 pm Sunday to Thursday and noon to 10 pm Friday and Saturday, every day of the week. The wine list favors small, multi-generational producers. Reserve on Resy or call 631-557-3100.
