Camp Rubirosa brings the Italian-American classics of Rubirosa in Nolita out east, with a seasonal and local twist and a menu that rotates. The pitch is summer camp meets the Italian countryside.
Dinner runs Wednesday to Sunday from 5 pm to 9 pm. Book on Resy for parties of eight or fewer; the book opens 14 days ahead at midnight. There is no phone number, so use reservations@camprubirosa.com for changes. Corkage is $75 a bottle, with a two-bottle limit. Patio tables depend on the weather.
