Cap's started life as a cozy bar and eatery on Long Island's South Shore and now has a second life at the very end of West Lake Drive in Montauk, on the docks. The menu is locally sourced seafood and shellfish, with a modern twist on traditional favorites.

It is open from 11:30 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. The bar pours signature cocktails and local brews, and the restaurant itself promises fresh seafood, sunsets and warm hospitality. To reserve a table, call 631-238-5707.
