Wayan & Ma•dé Out East is the Hamptons outpost of the Indonesian-French concepts run by Cédric and Ochi Vongerichten. It lives at EHP Resort & Marina, in the former Sunset Harbor space, and pairs handcrafted cocktails with seasonal, local ingredients and Southeast Asian flavors, all set against Three Mile Harbor.

The restaurant is closed for the 2026 season and says it will see you next year. The resort's other waterfront restaurants are listed on its site; call 631-439-0785.
