Modern French cooking in a historic inn with a 1795 tavern bar and a $46 prix fixe on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Open all year.

The restaurant opened in 2014 inside the Bridgehampton Inn, and the rooms are the original first-floor gathering spaces: a small main dining room seating 50, a private dining room, a patio for the warm months, and a bar in the 1795 tavern room with a hand-built walnut bar. Chef Alejandro Osorio's menu changes with the season and mixes modern French and European influences with local farm ingredients.

It is open year-round, Wednesday to Sunday from 5:30 pm for dinner, with breakfast every day from 8 to 10:30 am. A two-course prix fixe at $46 runs Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. For Restaurant Week, November 1 to 8, a three-course menu is $48.

Reservations are preferable and walk-ins are welcome. Parties of six or more need a deposit and a 20 percent gratuity is added to those tables.
