Nourish is the Bridgehampton restaurant from the team behind The Roundtree in Amagansett. Executive Chef Dewa Wijaya cooks the East End's farms, waters and orchards at their peak, guided by his Balinese heritage and a wellness-forward philosophy: East End roots, global soul, in the restaurant's words.
